The service provided once we landed in Punta Cana was exceptional, especially for price we paid. The initial rep was very friendly and attentive and offered to handle our bags for us. After a 10 hour flight it was much appreciated. The rep also provided us brochures to different activities they helped set up. We decided to do the ziplining and the rep from the hotel was friendly and informative also! We will definitely check them out on our next international vacation to see if they are in that country, as well.
