Easily found agent at baggage claim exit. Only took a few minutes for him to dispatch a driver. I had to change hotels (long story) but it was very easy to contact Discovery Mundo to make the change. On the return back to the airport the driver arrived on time and very friendly. Will use Discovery Mundo on tours the next year when we return to Cancun.
