We had great service. I made round trip reservations online for trips between cancun airport to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and ended up having to change the return pick-up time and they changed it and had no problems doing it. The greeter outside was wonderful and he gave us his number incase we had any issues on our return, and all of the drivers were prompt, courteous and spoke very good English. The only thing I would tell future clients is, when you are looking for your greeter at the Cancun airport, don't stop until you get OUTSIDE to look for him. Ignore all the other people on the inside trying to get you to use their services for anything, they just want to confuse you. Discovery Mundo is who I will use every time we come to Cancun. Why change when we have had such a wonderful experience.
