Arriving at the Cancun airport can be a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, our driver was not there right away and there wasn't anyone there to meet us with a sign and we had to walk down the center area and ask various people if they were with Discovery Mundo. Not a big deal, but would have been easier if they had a visible sign. Once the van arrived, the ride to the hotel was easy and the driver was very nice. I would recommend using this company and will be happy to use them again when I return to Cancun.
