We could not have been happier with Discovery Mundo. Confirmation and communication were speedy and clear. We were met at the Cancun Airport by Bennie, who not only delivered us to the Isla Mujeres ferry quickly and in one piece, but who also provided us with valuable information about where to stay and how to confirm our return. Our daughter and two cousins arrived after us, and when we could not get them on their cell phones, Discovery Mundo contacted their driver and helped us make sure they had arrived. Finally, Aaron picked us up at 4:00 in the morning(!) to catch the return flight. He was cheerful and professional. We love this company!
