We stayed in Tulum for the first time AND our flight arrived at o dark 30 so I was worried we wouldnt have our transportation waiting for us upon arrival. He was there waiting for us and got us to our hotel in a timely matter. On our return flight it was also very early in the morning so that means our transfer had to pick us up at about 4:30 a.m. . He was there on time and got us to the airport in a timely matter it was a great service and I'm glad I chose this company. The only negative experience was that when we got dropped off at the airport I personally always provide gratuities. The other passengers in the van I guess did not provide gratuities and so the driver made a verbal remark which is unprofessional.
