I booked airport shuttle before arriving to DR. There was a small confusion with meeting us at the airport. After it got resolved, we were assured that car is on its way. However, I cannot rate it highly even thou I really wanted to. Driver who picked us up was communicating with another couple in Spanish, we don't speak it so were a bit isolated the whole ride. Car ride was just ok. On the way back, we were picked up on time, driven to airport on time. But, really didn't like when our luggage were given to local bellman at the airport. We didn't have that much at all, but were forced to use someone service, which we didn't need. All in all, it was ok. The best part of this service is great $$ value for transpiration. I would like to write better review, but unfortunately couldn't at this time.
