beyond expectations
They waited about an hour extra for me while I filed a complaint with the airline because of a damaged stroller. They upgraded me from a van to an SUV for free. There was a carseat available if needed. The driver was excellent and updated me on our ETA often enough. I thought my husband had not paid so I was ready with cash but the driver told me it had been paid online. It was a great experience all around.
