I gave them the wrong flight time and they still showed up!
It was my mistake and I realized it when I was on the plane. I did not expect them to be there but they were! They did charge me a small fee but I was so happy they were smart enough and caring enough to be there for us, I totally understood. I would use them again without hesitation.
