We expected to get through the "Shark Tank" and see our name on a card with our driver. That did not happen. They were there, we just had to ask around till we found them. Same on the return. The Mundo driver we found was not ours. Our name was not on his list. Our guy was a bit late, so a little confusing, but all worked out ok.
Quite efficient/Nice new vehicles/friendly and good drivers/one with good English-one not so good. Good online support and communication.
I would book Mundo again.
