It was very easy to locate the agent. I found the driver to operate his vehicle quite fast, but I think everyone is like that in Cuba. The agent arrived at the hotel very early on the return back to the airport. Both the driver and agent were very friendly and I will certainly use this service again. I did find, however, the fee to be rather high and then the tip on top of that. of course, you do not have to deal with the crowds and the confusion at the airport.
