Good job overall
Our transport at the airport in Cancun was waiting for us although someone had to help us find him in the sea of drivers. It wasn't a problem and only took a couple of minutes. We arrived at the ferry with plenty of time and were handed our pre paid tickets. Maybe I didn't pay attention but I don't recall being informed these tickets were our return ferry tickets as well. Good thing I held on to them! On the return ferry we were told we had to purchase tickets even with our paperwork showing we had purchased round trip tickets. I remembered I had the other tickets but too late and we missed the ferry. Fortunately we were early and caught the next one to arrive on time for the transport to the airport. Our transport was not there but arrived 20 stress filled minutes later. Many thanks to the ferry people for trying to call the transport company for us who didn't answer! Our driver, Daniel, explained there was tire trouble and he had to return for a new vehicle. He was apologetic and clearly upset about the delay. His friendliness removed our stress and we arrived at the airport in plenty of time. I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone going to Cancun.
