The service was great.

The drivers were excellent coming from and to the airport.

The only complaints that I would mention is that we could not find our driver when we arrived at the airport.

I would suggest signage, possibly having a sign with the arriving parties name.

This process took us 30 minutes to locate the driver.

Coming back from the resort our pickup time was pushed up an hour, the explanation was due to other scheduled passengers.

We went to the airport alone and no one else was picked up.

This cut an hour off of our time at the resort.

Other than those two issues, your service was great.
