We took this shuttle from the Cancun Airport to Puerto Juarez. Excellent service. We ended up being moved to a later arrival flight so I left messages on all forms available (since they weren't open yet; it was 6am when I was making updates to our schedule) - chat room, email, phone message. I had several messages returned by the time we landed in Cancun saying they had updated our pickup time so there were no hiccups at all to our trip. All airport instructions were very clear and we found the driver with no issues. It was so great to have a private shuttle and we ended up even paying about $10 less than family who had taken the big shared shuttle available at the airport. There was a 5% discount coupon on the Isla Mujeres website that we took advantage of as well. We received a reminder email and call regarding our departure pickup a week later, the driver was early, his vehicle was spotless and we were early to the airport as well.
