The service was good and the drivers were friendly.
I would like to note one thing. The pick up at the airport was a bit confusing.
We were told that someone would meet us outside and would be holding a sign with my name on it. That never happened. After speaking with several people we were informed that the airport pickup was contracted out and that Discovery Mundo would be picking us up for our return trip. This confusion could have been avoided if Discovery Mundo had informed us of this from the beginning. Other than the confusion at the airport pick up I was pleased with the service and had a wonderful vacation. The driver did pick us up on time for our trip back to the airport. He was very pleasant and informative. I must apologize for not remembering his name.
