We booked our airport shuttle the same day of our arrival in Cancun. I was impressed that only 8 hours later, we landed and our driver was there ready to pick us up. He already knew where we were going and promptly loaded our bags and we were off. We had the same experience returning to the airport. He was in the lobby right at 9:40 and took us straight to the airport. Not to mention the deep savings we enjoyed by booking with these guys. The peace of mind was great, and I can assure you we will use them again next time we're in Cancun. It's no wonder they are rated 5 stars on TripAdvisor. I highly recommend!
