I just checked into your reservation as service booked was Private Regular which is offered in a van, the Suburban assigned on arrival was a lucky coincidence for operation on that day, but this vehicle is only assured when booking VIP Service. Will also speak with the driver assigned on departure to avoid he drives that way again, that's correct, there's no need for that since pick ups are programmed with enough time to arrive to Airport without any delay.
