The driver picking us up on our return from Isla Mujeres to Cancun was about 15-20 minutes late and I was not notified. I had lost the page to my reservation with the phone numbers to call. We panicked for a few minutes but we made it to the airport in plenty of time and the lines we very short. The driver was very apologetic and made the trip to the airport very enjoyable.
We have bee using this service 3 times a year for several years and will continue to do so! Highly recommended!
