I rated overall the trip from Cancun to the Puerto EXCELLENT. Raul was very courteous and helpful especially considering that there was a tropical depression on the Yucatan Peninsula. Please express our gratitude and congratulations to Raul.
On our return trip from the Puerto to the Cancun (our driver on June 27th was very arrogant and did not say a word to us. Did not open our doors, did not offer any refreshment and was extremely in a hurry to get us there by speeding and wanted to finish the job. So there are two different drivers with two different types of attitude. Thank you. Don't ask anymore about this trip because we have answered this survey two times.
