Our driver was ready for our family with a professional shirt and a clean van. He was more than helpful in helping to lift our luggage and finding the last person in our reservation at another terminal. We even had to stop for my mom to use the bathroom and he dropped her off out front and had no problem with the slight detour. One other thing, we added on ferry tickets to our reservation last minute and the driver pulled out an envelope right when we saw him with those tickets. So organized and professional, great organization! We will only use discovery from now on!
