Samuel was our driver for both pick up days scheduled. He was extremely nice and polite, gave us tips on places we need to see and things we should prioritize. We came out later than planned when we arrived in Cancun and he waited for us till we came out with no problem. I would def not stop to talk to the people that are in the lobby before exiting the airport. Ya a total waste of time! They are there to sell you "trips" and offer you a free stay at a hotel for the day with breakfast, when in reality they are trying to sell you timeshares. If you do not stay for the 90 minutes you won't get the trip they offered you. Definitely DO NOT stop and talk to these people, complete waste of time. Discovery mundo warns you about the people too, the lady was very persistent in not letting us go till we walked up to the representative, which was why we took so long to come out to meet Samuel for our pick-up. I will definitely use again on our next trip to Cancun!
