It was just so nice to have our driver right there waiting for us when we got off the ferry from Isla Mujeres, even though it took close to 50 minutes for the crossing instead of 30 due to Tropical Storm Franklin. Then the driver did amazing driving in the flooded streets and maneuvering through all the traffic to get us to the airport. It was crazy to see all the wrecks on the side of the road and have our driver be so good at his job.
