Communication was excellent via phone and email, even when we experienced delays with our flights, they accommodated. One thing I would change would be the pick up 3 hours before flight departed from Cancun. I was picked up at 3:45 am for a 6:45 am flight. It only took 20 min to get through the airport and another few minutes to get through security. Two hour prior pick up would have been fine at that hour of the day.
