Our airport transfers were seamless, we had a representative from the company waiting for us as soon as we stepped outside holding a sign with my name - he was very friendly and escorted us to the van (helped us with our heavy luggage)! The driver was very friendly as well and offered us waters, beers and even tequila on our ride! He also plugged in my phone and charged it while also allowing us to play our music in the car for the entire ride. We got to our destination safely and quickly without any issues. The return transfer went just as well, and the driver made a stop on the way for us also so we could use the restroom and buy snacks at the gas station since we were all starving. Highly recommend and would definitely use again next time we visit Tulum!
