Our flight from Chicago to Cancun was delayed over 3 hours! You can imagine that we were nervous if our ride would be there with such a huge time difference from the original pick up time. But as we exited the airport, DiscoveryMundo was there holding a sign with my name! What a relief!
I confirmed our return trip to the airport the day before by messaging Facebook and they got back to me within minutes confirming the pickup from the Isla Mujeres Ferry Terminal. We arrived almost an hour early this time, and expecting to wait that whole time, we were surprised to see the DiscoveryMundo van pull up just 10 minutes later, ready to take us to the airport. I can't recommend them enough!
