It was general very efficient way to travel to hotel & back to the airport. Only complaint (minor) was the confirmation letter said when we arrive at the airport look for a person with a blue shirt holding sign with our name. We saw no one with a blue shirt. I think they were outside the building not in the arrival area. we eventually found him but he had a white shirt on.
