We used Discovery Mundo for the first time this week! What a great,decision we made. Starting with the email giving us all of the specifics upon arrival, right down to directions on how to get to where they would be to pick us up! Hector,met us at the airport,was very nice gave us our ferry tickets and called for our van to pick us up. Rafael drove us from the airport to the Ultmar ferry, we purchased our ferry tickets with Discovery Mundo as well, so no waiting in line, just went straight down to the ferry line. On the way home we decided we would like to leave a little early to meet and head back to the airport, no problem I emailed them the day before and had an answer back with in the hour, that it was no problem they would be there. Then we took an even earlier ferry and arrived prior to pick up thinking we would chill, but they were there waiting for us. We will most certainly use Discovery Mundo for other trips we take and need transportation.
