Very smooth and easy transition from the Cancun Airport to the Ferry Terminal and back. Our flight home had changed by about 30 minutes. I emailed to confirm pick up time and make sure the time was adjusted appropriately. It was, and the sent me a new pickup confirmation quickly. Van was clean and roomy. I would definitely use them again.
