Hector was waiting for us exactly where and when we were expecting him. He was easily identified by the sign, which is great because the Cancun terminal exit can be a bit of a circus. Having service prearranged allowed us to navigate the guantlet of people offering their own services and avoid getting lost in the shuffle. Upon our return, our shuttle was once again prompt and polite (as was our driver, Rafael). Highly recommended service and we'll be using them again when we return.
