Jenny has been the best throughout my entire experience with Discovery Mundo.

My best friend and I travelled down to Playa Del Carmen for The BPM Festival and planned to stay in Mexico for two weeks. Upon arrival at the airport, our driver was ready and on time, and transfer went very smoothly.

When my friend became ill during our trip and had to fly back to New York, Jenny was absolutely amazing with revising our reservation so that he could get to the airport on time. I stayed in Mexico as our other friends were arriving the following day.

However, for the transport back, there was driver confusion, and my driver never showed up and I had to rush to take a taxi back to the airport which cost me $700 MX, which Jenny offered to refund me fully for my trouble.

Overall, an amazing experience and highly reccomend.
