Drivers were timely and very friendly.

When we arrived at the Ferry Terminal for Isla Mujeres, we were informed that we were supposed to have gotten our tickets from the driver (we had purchased the full round-trip thru Discovery Mundo). The driver had apparently forgotten and had already left. So , we needed to buy a new set of ferry tickets.

After sharing this with Discvery Mundo, they refunded the cost of the ferry tickets...well done and much appreciated!
