the pickup from Cancun airport was a bit confusing..although the guys were there but it was chaotic because so many people arriving. My husband didn't believe the driver was for us since we didn't see a sign, but once I saw our name on a list, I knew it was the right company.
then our trip from the Puerto Juarez ferry was smooth as silk..
