I love the service, literally we didn’t wait. On our way to the house Aaron (the driver) was super friendly with us, we talk about what to do in Cancun, the weather, best restaurants, how was Christmas eve and other experiences... Everything was great, he brought a cooler with beer, water and diet coke, the music was great too! I wrote an article about the service with some tips : )
