Punta Cana Transfers
Unfortunately one of our bags was lost by Southwest when we arrived in Punta Cana so we missed the car that I assume was waiting for us. Once we'd filed the claims report, however, we were able to secure a ride quickly with the service. They promised pickup on the designated departure day with time and date, and arrived at our hotel right exactly as promised. The vehicles in both cases were clean, air conditioned, and driven by competent men. We even received an email the day departure before to confirm our pickup. Wonderful service. Thanks so much.
