Apprehensive pick up
There were no sign for your service when we arrived in Cancun. Our plane was early, but asked several people about our pickup. Eventually we were picked up and the ride was fine.there were no signs on the Van which I thought was strange. I received an email the day before from you which I thought might be a little too late, our concierge called your office but there was no answer the day of the pickup was in time with a new marked car and overall it was a great experience.
