I had spent a little time right before our flight to Cancun and saw that the fees for a taxi ride (round trip) would cost me more than booking this service. When we landed and got through customs our driver coordinator was waiting for us and escorted us to the car. The service dropped us off at the ferry so we could get to our private island getaway, they confirmed what time we needed to be back at the ferry port (a week later) and met us there on time. All in all the service was great and cheaper than taking a taxi. My Fiance was happy how easy it was.
