We used the service for a roundtrip from CUN to our hotel. Lupe was awesome, very friendly, helpful and extremely punctual. Finding a rep. was easy as long as you don't get caught with the different ones INSIDE the terminal. It was pretty painless. Would definitely recommend them and would love to have Lupe again whenever we come back!
