Yes, after each service every vehicle is carefully revised and if there is any item forgotten on board it is reported immediately to our main office. If you believe you forget something on one of our vehicles, please report it immediately.

If it was on a departure and you are no longer in the destination, we will gladly send it to you via Fedex or DHL. Please consider that the expenses caused by this, would be under your responsability.
