Does a baby pay like a passenger?Last edited onMarch 19, 2024

Babies count as a regular passenger starting at three years old. Also, if the baby needs a seat (including a car seat or booster seat), you must count the baby as a passenger. If the baby rests on your lap the entire trip then you do not pay for baby’s seat.
