After you make a tour reservation, you will receive 2 different emails: one is the confirmation coupon which will have the same information you entered when booking; as the name says, it is just a confirmation.

The other one will be from your assigned travel agent who will indicate the exact hour and place of your pick-up, or the detailed instructions to get to your tour place in case transportation is not included.
