After making your booking, you will receive in your email the voucher, along with the Arrival Instructions for the Airport you are landing at. Please read them carefully and let us know via email or phone if you have any questions. We try to make the explanation as clear as possible to make the meet & greet an easy proccess for you.

Please be aware that if you cannot locate our driver, and we don’t get any attempt of communication from you, after 2 hours of waiting time (once we have confirmed that your flight came out) your reservation may be marked as No Show.
