What happens once you arrive?

After clearing immigration and customs, a representative of Discovery Mundo will be waiting for you in the Arrival Gate, displaying a banner with the logo or your name. Customs procedures can take between 10 to 45 minutes depending on the number of people waiting in line, our representatives will always be outside the terminal, to meet you and indicate which vehicle is coming out sooner. 

After choosing the desired type of transportation and pay the amount, you will receive a confirmation coupon in your email with your personal and flight data, which we ask you to review, print and bring with you to present it at time of service.
