Customs procedures can take between 10 to 45 minutes depending on the number of people waiting in line, our representative will be waiting for you outside the terminal, regardless of the time your paperwork takes. 

We will be making a flight monitoring, so if your plane were to come late, we'll know without having you to notify and we'll wait until your plane lands. After choosing the desired type of transportation and pay the corresponding amount, you will receive a confirmation coupon in your email, with your personal and flight data, which we ask you to review, print and bring with you to present it at time of service.
