What is included in the service?

Completely private transfer directly to your hotel. No timeouts. Not sharing.

What happens once you arrive? 

After clearing immigration and customs, a representative of Discovery Mundo will be waiting for you in the Arrival Gate, displaying a banner with the logo of Discovery Mundo. Please note that customs procedures can take between 5 to 45 minutes depending on the number of people waiting in line, our representative will be waiting for you outside the terminal, regardless of the time your paperwork takes. 

We will be making a flight monitoring, so if your plane were to come late, we'll know without having you to notify and we'll wait until your plane lands. After choosing the desired type of transportation and pay the corresponding amount, you will receive a confirmation coupon in your email, with your personal and flight data, which we ask you to review, print and bring with you to present it at time of service.

DVD screen, air conditioning and are brand new model units.
Completely VIP service provided in Brand new model Suburban (or similar) directly to your hotel.
Courtesy beverages per person only on arrival; beer, soda, juice or water. Champagne, wine or other beverage for an extra cost.

Customs procedures can take between 10 minutes to 50 minutes depending on the number of people waiting in line, our representative will be waiting for you outside the terminal, regardless of the time your paperwork takes. We will be making a flight monitoring, so if your plane were to come late, we'll know without having you to notify and we'll wait until your plane lands.
