Our driver (don't recall his name) met us at Cancun Airport and then at our resort when we were leaving a week later; he was an excellent driver, very cordial. The van was air conditioned and quite comfortable. It was really nice to have a comfortable, dependable, private transport to and from. I would recommend this service highly!!
