Our flight was changet to 3 hours earlier than original scheduled and we did not know about it until the day before the flight. The hotel was "UNABLE" to call the number given us by the pickup service (said they could not call because the numbers were cell phones and could only call land lines ????).
The hotel email service was also bad on sending out (but seemed to have no problem receiving) emails. Luck for us that Discovery Mundo had online CHAT available so we were able to contact them through CHAT to update our schedule change. They responded almost immediately and everything wen smooth the next day at pickup - a great SERVICE.
