The entire experience was great! We were greeted as soon as we stepped outside of the airport and guided to our waiting spot. Our greeter continued to give us updates on when our car would be arriving. Once we were in our vehicle and headed to our destination, we felt very safe and well taken care of! Our driver continued to engage us in wonderful conversation the entire drive. He answered any and all questions we had about Mexico, our resort, as well as sharing some of his life story with us! I highly recommend using this transport service!
