Third time using Discovery Mundo and first time using VIP. It's VIP from now on! When we exited the airport terminal, it was very easy to find the representative. Within 5 minutes our car had arrived. Our driver, Daniel, was excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I would recommend requesting him if you are using the VIP service. He was so great, we requested him for our ride back to the airport. Daniel answered any questions we had, and was willing to help us. Our drive to Akamul was over an hour, and it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Using Discovery Mundo got us to our hotel almost an hour before another couple on the same flight as us. Highly recommend!
