Wow - What great customer service!
We searched for prices on line to find a private transfer for our family of seven roundtrip between the airport in Cancun and our resort in Tulum. For a group this size and for the distance to Tulum we were looking at a hefty cost so were pleased with the low price we found with Discovery Mundo.

Upon arrival in Cancun, the driver was waiting for us with our names on a sign. He took us to the local 7-11 to pick up some refreshments and then we were on our way! He reconfirmed our return trip for a week later.

On the return, our driver was Bunny and he picked us up on schedule at the resort and got us safe and sound to the airport.

Now, here's the WOW part. After clearing security and getting to our departure gate, our daughter realized she left her I-phone in the van :(. She is a hair stylist and relies on that phone for her appointments and getting back from vacation, the weeks before Christmas was a very important time for her and her customers. We e-mailed Discovery Mundo customer service and received a prompt response from Jenny who turned out to be the local owner. Bunny found the phone and turned it in to Jenny who made arrangements to get it fedexed to us in the States. All's well that ends well! But how refreshing to have the honesty of employees and the follow through of the customer service.

Thank you so much Jenny and Bunny. We will be happy to use your services again and also try the sightseeing options based on this experience.
