Hi William, thanks for sharing your experience with us, as this is exactly how we can get better each time. The rep at Airport sometimes move to go to the bathroom or get some water, and i bet this is what he moved for at the time you exited the Airport. As you may know, customs can be as long as 1 hour or as short as 15 minutes, so it's hard to know exactly how much it will take customers to exit the gate once the plane landed. However, you will feel glad to know that due to the increase on number of bookings at Cancun Airport, we are already working on getting 2 or more reps on each terminal, to avoid this situations to happen again.
